Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Pot roast beef today, cooked in stock, carrots, shallots, tomatoes, peppercorns and thyme. Wizzed up to make the gravy. Garlic and thyme roast spuds, cream mash, homemade sage and black pepper yorkie spuds and a bit of veg

10 of us round to mum and dad's for Sunday dinner today - it wasn't planned but, it just ended up that way. Mum loved it. We took the big table outside and had roast beef in the sunshine with her homemade gravy

My brothers ex hates guns and anything else that she doesn't agree with

A couple of years ago I gave my nieces catapults and a big bag of clay balls. Today I got them having a go on an airgun - they loved it so, I left it round there when I left for them to keep using

Their dog's knocking on a bit now but, he enjoyed half of my ice cream.

That was a good day

Sauté a Leak or onion in a splash of oil with 3 whole garlic cloves.  Add the Puff…make sure you peel it…cut into cubes.  Add some thyme and salt and pepper…fry off for 5 mins then add water/chicken stock and boil for 10 mins. Blitz it up and I added some Parmesan and cream to make it smooth and rich and it was superb 👍
