Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Southern Fried style Chicken in Bread Crumbs.

As good if not better than KFC.

Don't know if any body is interested. 

It's Just Chicken thighs skinned and boned.

The cut each one in two.

Put on a board cover with cling film beat flat.

Soak in Butter milk ( milk with half a lemon squeezed in it )for an hour or more.

Cover a plate with flour then take the chicken one at a time cover with the flour.

Dip in a beaten egg.

Put bread crumbs in a bowl cover chicken in crumbs.

Put the Chicken on parchment paper on a tray.

Cook at 180c Fan oven for ten minutes turn over cook for another ten minutes.

Internal temperature should be 82c

Kids will love them.

I've been going through a sweetcorn phase for the last couple of years , and I absolutely love it . Before that , I only ever used it as fishing bait ?.
