I was in the kitchen of a Indian food kitchen/cigarette importers last week, kitchen was beautifully clean, however the Moroccan place is a takeaway front of house, you go behind the counter past the food prep area down a short corridor to a dingy type of hookah pipe place, the type of place north Africans meet to chew the fat and see men about dogs, that's where you eat semi-cooked chicken 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
