Tells me that in our area he will only eat out of two curry house/takeaways as all the rest are terrible hygiene, some of them manky and get away with it. He works at all times of the day and goes into the city at night to do the resterants and takeaways and says they are unbelievable some of them and how they even keep trading.

I was in the kitchen of a Indian food kitchen/cigarette importers last week, kitchen was beautifully clean, however the Moroccan place is a takeaway front of house, you go behind the counter past the food prep area down a short corridor to a dingy type of hookah pipe place, the type of place north Africans meet to chew the fat and see men about dogs, that's where you eat semi-cooked chicken

Appsolultly pissing down and I'm walking the walls so had a swede and some beef skirt so knocked up couple of bad boys for lunch.
