Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

I’ve made a few lately it’s a easy dish chicken carcass 1/2 bottle white wine garlic home grown Piri Piri Chillies  onion toms peppers seasoning potatoes chorizo coriander ? sometimes make the stock with fish heads if you wanted a seafood cataplana

Well it's been hot and we didn't feel like much and couldn't decide what we wanted. So I did some sticky spare ribs couple of new potato's dug up half an hour before and a Tomato with Oregano from the green house. Rib's from a new Butcher in town gets his pigs from a local farmer that runs them free range in woods.

Although I didn't feel like much to be honest could eat that all over again.

been on the foreign muck tonight for tea kids had duck pancakes im on the egg fried rice curry sauce and robbed a few salt and pepper spare ribs off our lass need to trim up a good bit yet for season and them 30 milers ? ?
