Never made one are you doing rice or noodles? What's the main ingredients? It’s a spicy fermented vegie mix mate, used like a chutney or pickle. Chinese cabbage, Daikon Radish, spring onion, carrot, chilies etc. All fermented over a min of 2 weeks.
