Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Pigs in blankets like you've never seen them before, complete with a walnut and polenta sprinkle. What's more, veggie sausages work just as well!

She puts a tiny bit o garlic every third slice a bit of chopped onion every other slice bit butter Or oil salt pepper il hav to ask her when she gets in if done right they got the taste texture combination of chips mash roast jacket in one I know thers cheese n herbs as well

Probably the most expensive bait you could use too, we had em a lot as kids but there's no way on earth we would have if they were the price they are now. We used to get them in the shells as they were cheaper and sit shilling them, only because my dad was a tight bugger.

I've been prepping , bringing my three rib up to room temp for early go on smoker , doing hasselback spuds with polenta garlic sprinkles and pugs in blankets, made cauliflower broccoli cheese, got sprouts , I'll start a gravy in the morning, might do peas with tenderstem broccoli too. Baked onions and one kid wants mushrooms , oh and got to do stuffing balls ....??
