Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Treated the mrs tonight as it’s probably our last night off together until Christmas….

Scallops with garlic butter, coquille St Jacques (scallop, cod, crab and potato), prawns with chili and garlic…

Heavy night on the sauce, everyone feeling a little tender this morning, luckily I put a belly of pork basted in jerk seasoning, scotch bonnet, ginger root and chilly on top the burner 12 hours ago have some nice fresh bread and may even crack in a fried egg for good measure ?

No I never hang them mate though I get given some from the local shoot at times but even they are pretty fresh

A really good tapa you get here is chorizo, onion, chilies and red wine. Fry the onion, chorizo and chilies, couple splashes of red wine. Boil off the alcohol and serve in a small ceramic type dish with bread and a beer ?
