spsurfer 891
Hello, hope you're all well! I just finished this Jäger with 104mm blade from 1.2235, bronze, giraffe bone and spalted beech handle. Regards Nicolas
mushroom 13,394
That, is a thing of beauty mate I'd prefer a longer blade (20cm) in the same style. A blade for all functions
GruffaloGriff 1,859
Very nice piece of craftsmanship. I love a full flat grind on a blade.

jok 3,393
Not wishing to nick Spsurfer’s thread and keeping in topic, I watched a programme on which a geezer made a Bowie knife. With the hand bellows, hammers and anvil with all the heat and the hardening was a very interesting thing to see. Can’t deny I didn’t realise there was so much to a blade and that before the shoulder and handle. Very good. Jok.
