Not exactly over run with cliffs here either. Only peregrines to be seen here are kicking around high buildings.

Neal 1,867
I've seen a pair nesting on the side of a building at The Hard in Portsmouth. I can't remember the name of the building but the nest was propped on top of one of the 3d letters on the side.

Bush Rummager 4,605
Looks like the Sea Eagle reintroduction at Norfolk could actually happen. Farmers and landowners blocked the last attempt 10 years back. Early plans to reintroduce White-tailed Eagles to Norfolk - BirdGuides WWW.BIRDGUIDES.COM A consultation to release numbers of the raptor in East Anglia has been launched by farmers. I've been been keeping half an eye on the wanderings on the Sea Eagles released on the Isle of White back in 2019. Apparently, as juveniles, they do move away from the release site for a period of time, stretching their wings as it were, but normally do return to back to where they came from to settle down. Loads of tracking information here from the Isle of White birds... i followed the updates as they were released over the last year or so. Some very detailed GPS information and it's surprising how much of England those 4 birds covered. One had a trip straight over the centre of London!! Scroll down for the GPS tracking....
