Slow going this afternoon

Bit of slow afternoon  to day , but still ended up with five . That is 57 in the past three week on two feeders , which are about 200 yards apart . Will start going to another part of the woods

That’s a good result vm, I’ve had plenty of afternoons yielding only twos and threes. I only have one feeder out atm, and that’s in my garden. I think there’s just one coming to it though...I just haven’t had time to get out on them much lately. Just shot one woodpigeon and one magpie last week. Maggie got stuck in the tree.

Was set to shoot our feeder Sunday morning but we had 3 inches of snow dumped on us at daybreak ,the best time for it IMO .The trail cam shows several squigs using the feeders at all hours of the night which is a first for us .Last year they were day feeders .

Funny I find 2- 4.30 pm is the best on few feeders , early morning on another  and early evening on the rest , that is  autumn/wintertime , changes again spring /summer  time

Lol ,appears so .Don’t usually bother with dates or times just that this squig is a night feeder .Piece out the tail puts him feeding at 9.23 pm on another vid and 11.12 pm on another .
