Are the chiropractors worth it?

My back went yesterday putting my trousers on ffs ?, Mrs had to do my socks for me and its not much better today with pain down my leg.

Was thinking of seeing the Dr this week but don't reckon they'll do much

I once crawled into a Chiropractors and came out, ten minutes later asking if friends were electric. I felt like a new man.

My L5 is torn into 5 pieces still holding together as one but last mri I had showed up 5 rips almost through to the core, what would be the name of that, ?

A tear from the inside out is a Radial tear, from the outside in is a Peripheral tear but they are all Annular tears....Radial tears often cause herniation where the inner gel layer is pushed outside the disc, normally due to the aging process....the type caused by trauma that starts with the outside layers of ligament that surround the disc are called Concentrinsic or some shit i forget the word now but all easily identified by CT or MRI.

Bag of Frozen peas for as long as you can tolerate followed by a hot water bottle, you have pinched your sciatic nerve, when the pinched nerve is released it will be bruised and swollen and hurt for a week or two, hot and cold work as well or better than most other things ?

Cheers, ill give this a go later
