And I wernt having a poke at your nights mate as we have a very similar scene down here.100/150 people fro. All over east kent that have been into the scene forever and just catch up every now and again and party to a few local DJs from back that were all still mates with and the odd legend from the music scene now and again. Its these ones where theyre trying to recreate things from 30years ago Next ones A Guy Called Gerald in 3 weeks This'll be the 3rd year running hes played down here

I wasn't taking it as a dig, sounds like you have a similar set up😉 and I totally get what you're saying re: these big recreation type things. Just trying to cash in on something that's long gone. I used to frequent a club called "Milwaukee's" back in the early 90's, equinox etc. was the other side of Bedford/Luton sort of area. The place is wasteland now. They piped up a handful of years back, doing "reunion" nights bla bla....very much turned out as you spoke of above, over the hill tits and ket head kids....not for me sir. We've a good little scene right on my doorstep now, being put on by sound people. Was at a proper little sweatbox/boiler room D&B night on NYE that took me all of twenty minutes to walk to! (4hrs to find my way back) 🤣🤣🤣

That's me knackered for a month or so....

This for me is not just the best dance track of all time, it's one of the best songs of all time!

My pal and I were big into Underworld in the early/mid 90s.He was playing that track at parties for a couple of months before train spotting came out.We saw them at The ziggodome in Dam just before lockdown and saw Darren Emmerson the 3rd member of Underworld DJ in Margate 2 weeks ago. We're off to see Leftfield and Orbital tomorrow night

I'm not gonna lie, I don't think I know any of their other stuff, is it any good? This song just brings back good memories, off my head on Gary's & feeling the music and ambience.

Look on YouTube for Underworld Ziggodome. What a night,30,000 old school partyheads from all over Europe partying a purpose built music arena which apparently has the best acoustics in Europe.
