the high street will be a ghost town once this is over an I don’t mean customer footfall but occupied shops,

And today kranky said about Hogmanay etc an would be  glad When this year was done ? I don’t get why people seem to think that jan 1st means everything goes away or it will be better ? This is going to drag on a while yet ?

2021 has the potential to be a lot worse for the working class once  the job losses kick in a furlough ect it over .

Hopefully it’s not the case but it ain’t looking good .

We need some major Gov investment in national big infrastructure projects to kickstart a flailing economy and gov backing at regional level re  Regeneration programmes ‘Meaningful apprentishiips and training programmes for our youth .

They have enough in their plate with the pressure of being part time social workers , baby sitters , taking work home every night , safe guarding , teaching kids to eat properly , as in literally hold a knife and fork and somehow squeeze in being an educator between 9 and 3 5 days a week without having to be the surrogate parent to 30 kids every day .

With all due respect if you knew anything about day to day life in schools you’d know that they don’t have the time or the resources to be doing one more thing.

I’m all for teaching kids about their history and their country but that’s not the current situation.

The situation is promote.......well, you know the story !

Manners, self respect and taking pride in where you come from should all be a natural part of raising your kids. ??
