Canelo v Smith

Has Smith got a chance?

Bookies have Canelo a huge favourite, which is hard to argue. But (according to Boxrec) Smith has a 7” height advantage, and 8” in reach. These are tools which he can use to dictate the type of fight he’s in? Both fighters same age (30) but Canelo has fought more than twice as many times as Smith, and has dispatched a lot of world level fighters.

I really hope Smith can pull it off, but my prediction is a Canelo stoppage around 7 rounds.

Different gravy but anything can happen in a fight, Smith was lucky to get the nod last time out and from what I recall was hurt by body shots. 

Canelo is a murderous body puncher, wouldn't be surprised to see him stopped with a body shot like Rocky Fielding.

I'd normally  agree but 1.99 a month for ALL their content with  reliable high quality streams and no junk  seems pretty fair to me

The only problem I can see with that is if you're not going to watch it live. 

All super fights I've either stayed up for or set my alarm clock. 

My point is if you're not going to stay up or get up you're just as well watching it on YouTube cos imagine you can't record their shows?

Heard that on the radio last night also lots of AFL and other sports, sounds decent for the money.

Ended up subscribing to Dazn and stayed up for the GGG fight. He's surely past it now pushing 40 but boy is he still heavy handed, the kid he fought was a game fighter but GGG is one of those fighters that dishes out career shortening punishment. 

That just shows how tough Canelo is himself, he took some monster shots off GGG in their two bouts but shook them off like great champions do.

Canelo is tiny compared to Smith. Smith is surely in with a shout. Canelo is pure class but he ain't superman, and Smith is no mug. Gonna be interesting.
