It's not a nice thing to choose the most active cnut running around an ice bath because it's fresher. But that's the reality and I'm gonna choose the freshest I can afford To answer (imo) it's no problem here but UK is another thing and guaranteed there are legislations.... supermarkets here (like ASDA etc) have them running about. Had a seafood medley last night. Mussels in white wine, cream and garlic. Seared scallops and lobster tails. Served with rice and veggies.
