I thought she was lovely :) Attractive face and hair. And her personality? Nothing what so ever bullish, was there? She did what she did, calmly and professionally. Then turned round smiling like they were applauding her having just sung a nice song. Completely sweet and naturally feminine.

You see some of the grunting apes playing Tennis, these days! God, no! Give me that girl any time!

If she clenched her fanny muscles she would rip your dick  clean off

is that the standard stance with the legs only saying as i have never seen that before ?

no...its not the standard stance....most folk stand with feet closer together....some folk stand very narrow with feet only about a 1 foot apart...but most around shoulder width apart...that stance you see her doing is called sumo...and its more leg driven....and in particular the glutes and hamstrings...its is alowed in competition

would of thought that would cause a lot more injuries as nothing is inline so to speak.

actually the back is more upright so less risk of rounding...if you watch steffi again you can see her form is perfect...the bar never leaves her body and swings out

That's all just beyond my comprehension. I know it must all be 'in the technique' and so forth. But, FFS!

As it happens, I'm in the market for a pallet truck as we speak. See; My neighbour brings a round bale, on his tractor forks. Same fukking thing every time. Ge gets it so far into my shed. Part way onto the pallet. But, then? He has to jump down and get his shoulder to the bale.

Now, he's a stocky little stump of muscle. I'm like a tattooed skeleton. I only wear clothes so people can see me. He gets against the bale and shoves. So do I.

But, if he suddenly stops, to see how it's doing? I find myself shoving for all I'm worth. Going all sorts of colours. And absolutely Nothing's happening!!! I'm pathetic! It's 110% Him doing anything.

So, obviously, I'm just gonna injure my fukking self one day, for absolutely nothing. And He's getting no younger. It can't go on.

So, yeah. Second hand pallet truck. He drops the bale on the pallet, on that? I shove the thing into the shed. Boom! Why the stupid fukking drama? There's nothing clever about it, is there?

And, playing that out, half a dozen times a year? How long before that truck's paid for itself? Not Fukking Long, that's how long!

and just blow your mind a bit more ....watch this

just looks to me that with your legs at such angles and not straight you are putting a lot of pressure on joints that are not designed to take them like that.ie when you jump you do not do so with your legs in that position .

The knees will be above the feet which is all that matters really. Some people find sumo stronger, I used to pull sumo, found it way stronger.

That is the stance all women weightlifters use, it's so that if their uterus prolapses it can fall straight out of their fannies....
