Yeah but you say something and take the piss working for a big contractor and you're gone down the road. 

There's a big butch Scottish fella who wears a wig and some red lippy, he's digger driver at our firm and all the lads from Carlisle have been warned by the bosses that if you take the piss you're sacked.

So the freaks have more rights than the normal folk..I couldn't give a feck to be honest.i genuinely believe that I shouldn't be made to work with freaks..no one should.

That's easier said than done with you've got a mortgage and a family to provide for. 

Some of the crackpots here have told the gaffers not to be put with him/her cos they can't keep their trap shut and will end up saying something they shouldn't.

A big firm that the Cumbrians on here will have heard of. 

If everyone refused to work with him then what would happen, he would put a complaint in and sue the company I should imagine.
