"It comes from when English kings still ruled parts of France.

Brittany, in France means "smaller", or "little" Britain,"

I was Norman kings who ruled England(Bretange/Britain) as Willem "the conceror" the major part of the empire was in france. The language in British royal circuts were french. The Normands were coming from parts of Norwegian areas taking Normandy and other areas in france they changed language to french within 150y. They took the British areas from the Saxons a germanic people from northern germany/denmark.

Tell it what ?

That the island of Ireland is geographically part of the British Isles ?

Saying "British Isles" is like saying "North America " , it's nothing to do with the USA, its the area that contains Canada, America and Mexico.

The "British Isles " is a group of islands, it's not British, but contains Great Britain.

The Republic of Ireland government doesn't refer to "The British Isles " in any official documents, it simply calls them "These Isles", but the term "British Isles " is recognised by the UN and most other international bodies as an area, not a political entity, it's also used in shipping and aviation.

Sky news interviewer  lol wat a joker sums up the leftie remainer  propaganda machine

Sky News have a huge problem right now; they hounded Dominic Cummings, rightly or wrongly, and demanded he was sacked, now half a dozen of their top faces, including Kay Burley and Beth Rigsby have done the same, or even worse in some people's eyes!

I love it ! Hypocritical b*****ds !, even that twat Adam Bolton called them " morons" !

Cheers.
