KimE 487
My firearm license for the Bergara 300aac blk arrived today, the police needed 3 weeks to process it I expected 5-6 weeks. I also picked up a cheep scope and rings for it. The outdoors store were out of ammo for it they had sold many rifles in what caliber. 7 Quote Link to post
Meece 1,958
June. I got the new cert back about a month ago. About five months wait.!! The new cert isn't written correctly so I have got to send it back for alteration. It just happens that this delay is caused by historical events that mean that there are a great deal of renewals in this year of a five year cycle. Quote Link to post
KimE 487
Wow whats a long time. I have/have had several licenses with wrong spelling , 307W(,308W), a percussion revolver 1860 army in .44mag???, target revolver on hunting license. Here the Police in southern Sweden created a delay on firearms licenses of several months as a illegal political protest against the most law abiding citizens as licensed firearm owners are. Then they had to make one unit of several Police units so every firearm permit go through the same system and it takes 5-6weeks (In the 1990 it took about a week here in the north to get a licese). Sausagedog 7,381
Dont be afraid to compress the n120 if you think it is safe to keep going charge wise but the powder is up in the neck. Then again you may be completely satisfied with the load as is ofcourse. Quote Link to post
KimE 487
I will try to load more of N120 19gr are filling a bit of the neck, the cold are not helping my shooting tecnic. H110 will still give more speed with 110-125gr bullets. The only bullet iam pleased with the precision are 110gr sierra hp , the Lapua 123fmj are ok and the rest have not lived up to my expectations. It is a new barrel and that type of action can give issues with accuracy. You could consider shooting it with out the forend off just to see if there is an effect on the group size.
