Accip74 7,112
Apparently Dutch hospitality plans to reopen on the 17th of January regardless of the government! Could this be the beginnings of an organised resistance to lockdown? Interesting times. Hopefully they do it

NEWKID 27,046
Mrs had to have an iron transfusion yesterday, they have moved her team out of the main hospital and into a smaller facility....reason being 146 covid cases in the main hospital wards, the nurse who treated her said it was really bad up there, with more covid patients than anything else (don't know ages or other underlying issues), this week has been called a major incident....basically at capacity.... she's a specialist in her role and this particular team but has been doing split shifts and helping on the covid wards... 600 nurses were off last month due to covid... A bloke we're doing a job for has been off since before Christmas, him and his wife had it...wife hardly any symptoms him said he thought he was gonna die, his mum has it and is still in ICU....very ill... It seems like Russian roulette when you get it....

I know quite a few that's had it now and are fine and I know people who have lost people to it, plus a close family member (brothers side) who was touch and go with it first time around. My wife is in the high risk category so when people say "it only affect the old or those who have underlying health issues" it pisses me off, like thats ok then..f**k em...survival of the fittest etc... 1

For any reason within 28 days of a positive test, massively distorted figures there which people look at and think they have all died with covid being the main reason, figures which also include deaths of people which did not have a positive test aswell, I have heard of this happening several times and that’s just me 1 person out of around 70 million, not to mention all the false positive cases which are not accounted for
thefensarefarbutistillgo 2,481
How long are we going to keep on with this rolling count of covid related deaths, we dont do that with other deaths it just goes on annual numbers

An I'd say the folks that are wearing the masks are the ones rushing to get tested? Masks dont work?anyone
thefensarefarbutistillgo 2,481
If you break your ankle and whilst in hospital for that you get a positive test, you get put down as a Covid hospitalisation. If you die of a heart attack within a month of a positive test you get put down as Covid death, It makes you wonder why they feel the need to exaggerate all the figures.
