Labour obviously made the situation worse, but most on here conveniently forget the tories done a pretty good job of laying the foundations. Bradford, Birmingham, Luton......east London etc were well established. I remember seeing my first all Asian school in east London 2 years before Blair won his first election.

At least the tories have been fighting tooth & nail to control things in the last decade eh? ?

I'm ok for longer than that mate, where I live there isn't room for em ?

As for the countryside they'll never be allowed to build on alot of places I visit, outstanding beauty areas

I thought all that mate it’s taken 30 years admittedly but as long as you can see it coming you can always form an exit strategy it’s the ones who live in 90% white area that keep telling us it’s racist to object who will sell out all you hold dear to you, I hate politics the news and most forms of authority, but you always need to keep your enemy’s closer than your friends so you can out manoeuvre them nothing more ??

WILF you have done exactly just that so get off your high horse.

At least acknowledge that will you?

And also you do realise that Asians score higher on IQ tests than Caucasians?

That’s a cultural thing , the average Asian on the street hasn’t a jar of glue and it’s a perpetuation of a stereotype .

Exactly, it's their culture.

There's no right and wrong really.

No , you misunderstand me .

The culture of family improvement through fear of shame is a perpetuation of the Asian stereotype . They as a collective aren’t as intelligent as you’d believe from films etc .

Wilf so why are their more Asian Surgeons ‘Doctors ect than white ?

Are they harder working ?

Have we become a lazy what. Everything now for. Nothing instant gratification society ?

Have they better morals ?

Are they better. At parenting ?

Easier schooling , lower entry requirements, modest wealth allowing better schooling

list goes on really

How can you say that though?

You don't think social status has a bearing in China just like anywhere else?

Told you before , when I had that stroke and woke up in the hospital, when I opened my eyes the first person I saw was an Asian doctor, until I could gather some kind of sense cos I was out of it, he was looking deep into my eyes, I will never get that moment out my head, I could feel his concern,  anyway weeks later back on my feet and out into the community I got a letter from that very doctor, I still have that letter somewhere, I was invited  up the hossy to discuss my stroke he showed me the monitor of his computer telling me,all is well mr S....Y and then he stuck his hand out half heartedly. and I sussed that straight away,  his hand was there for me to take if I wanted it, and I certainly did      moral of this story,,    im f****d if I no   :good:

We're all human mate ;) If you cut me do I not bleed, an all that ?‍♂️

My youngest was saved by a big black matriarch surgeon. A lady was trying to pull her out with forceps, it wasn't happening and this surgeon was having none of it. Shoved the forceps lady out the way literally, rushed them both down to surgery and performed the caesarian in seconds. Both, saved their lives and shouted at me to do as I was told at the same time ?

I've been with women from around the world, I have mates from all over the world. A cnut is a cnut no matter the colour or creed imo ;)

The fact is it don’t matter how intelligent you are unless you put it to good use.

Many of those Asian surgeons would of come to U.K. universities & anyone who’s been to university will tell you how obsessively hard the Asians work. They get the results & therefore prosper.

My eldest daughter has a master in Japanese studies and culture and taught English out there for 5 years and she assures me that their schooling is far superior to ours. The curriculum is easier to follow and progresses in a common sense way that makes learning easy. BUT she told me that the biggest difference is the respect shown by students to their teachers and parents. The difference between a classroom of Japanese kids and British kids is black and white.

In a town like Luton jammed to the f***ing gunwales  with Pakis how many of them are heart surgeons blah blah blah ?

Sorry, but that dog won’t hunt.

The real question is, why are we not investing in our own kids to be these things ?

We can fly some prick from the council to India to buy hand woven “diversity” flags to line the high street for a hundred grand (true by the way) but we can’t take some poor white English lad from off the plot and invest in him so that he can be the next doctor ?
If that don’t ring alarm bells then you need your bumps felt !

Shove all that “where would we be without them” shit up your collective arses ?

It's amazing the impact of knowing a second language and experiencing another culture can make on kids mate. My eldest is the same. Changes their perspective ;)

I agree with the not training our own kids bit mate.

Here you will rarely if not, find a foreign dr. Obviously I'm not saying there are none but it's not like the UK. Blighty really has a skill dumb down issue that started with Major and was consolidated under Blair!
