I have to go to the lovely coastal town of Nieuwpoort on an almost weekly basis now & yesterday while there discovered they had turned the whole area into a mandatory mask zone. So as soon as you walk out your door mask on or risk a €250 fine. Even on the huge wide open beach!

I think this could be the future for the whole country. Masks to be worn everywhere all of the time, however remote, with the likelihood of mental & physical health problems for many as a consequence. Give me facial recognition cameras any day of the week over this bollocks!

What next? Police drones flying everywhere to check we are all covered up??

I think masks are great, especially when I’m back in London in the future......I never gave anyone permission to take my photo 400 times a day when I have done absolutely nothing wrong so now they can go f**k themselves

Funny thing is I was wearing a face covering for several years for those exact reasons, and I have done a fair bit of gloating in places that refused to serve me with it on like petrol stations and the bank, I always wear one when I,m driving due to all the cameras

The jocks and taffs stuck it to Boris today in a well timed pincer movement.

This morning, all four countries of the UK agreed on a unified position on the Xmas break.

Then when Boris was announcing this at P.M.Q.'s, the Scots and Welsh moved the goal posts, and went on tv with different advice !

Now, I agree with the cut and thrust of political manoeuvring normally, but I think it's wrong to try and score political points during a world wide pandemic.

Im sure the Tory's would do the same, given the chance, but it's destroying what very little faith I have in ANY politicians.

Same as you mate, stayed in for first 6 weeks... Went back to work and was shipped around 6 different sites lol, travelling all over... Driven a couple of hundred miles to deliver some terrier pups to lads I know.... No problem, driving 40 miles up to Monmouth doing work for the fishing club... No problem.. Driven to Derby to pick up a quad, bought and sold a few motors... No problem... Got a week booked off work and I'm currently travelling around South Wales delivering and setting up balloon  orders for the mrs.... Not had a problem yet

My mother has just literally phone the phone down and said her and my stepfather have had a call from the docs for this COVID gab as they are in there 80s for Friday night.I’ve heard things about side effects with this but don’t know if it’s true or not but my stepfather has never even caught flu for over 40 yrs and when my mother got the flu jab it knocked the shite out of her yrs ago and never had it since.I told her I don’t know if it’s a good thing or not I’ve stayed away as I’ve worked right through this crap with been a pestie and done sites that have had it and caught it.I’ve been to there’s 4times since the 1st lockdown to drop stuff off but rather not go in case I pass something on.what do you lads and lasses recon about it.cheers

I have a mother in a home an 8o year old dad and two sisters they are all gagging to take it and I am not, so I,ll just stay quiet and let them do what they think is right, your family dynamics may be totally different to mine but if you talk them out of it and something happens you will be blamed same as if you push them to have it and they take a bad turn, if they are of sound mind and want to go ahead then that’s there choice but if they have doubts don’t let them be bullied

They are sound minded but she says they are going for them but like you say I can’t stop them from doing it,she runs all over for my 2 brothers which I’ve gone mental over from the start of lockdown as the lazy feckers should of been running around for them.
