Welsh pubs close at 6pm and can't sell alcohol.

Good for you mate, if the pay ain’t to clever then a bit of tickle is what makes up the shortfall.

I have known a couple of firms in my life where the boys tickle made up for a poorly paid industry, it didn’t really effect anyone but the firms clamped down on it and lost all their best people.

One of them went skint in the end and they were a big firm, nobody any good was interested in working there and the ones that did only did the bare minimum.

Should have let them keep on selling a lorry load of kit here and there that was only destined for the tip anyway.
