What exactly are we falling off a cliff about that hasn’t been 50 times worse in the last 25 years ? .......this is what I don’t get ?

Not hardly heard a peep out of anyone as we have been slowly but surely walled in over the last 3 decades but now folks can’t go to Wetherspoons every c**t is a freedom fighter ! 
 

I wonder how quick they will all disappear again when this shit passes ?

I'm f***ing sick of listening to people who could barely string a sentence together done very little in life, who now know some big secret that we are all to stupid to understand...

I'm gonna be honest, very little has changed for me that I've not done for myself, I dont understand the upper workings of the world order, I dont think any politician particularly gives a f**k about anything more than their salary, I fully realise I can only affect my small bubble and the people in it...pretending I can change the world on the Internet (honestly not aimed at anyone on here, more the f***ing idiots I went to school with, grew up with etc who my Mrs shows me posts of on Facebook....honestly they are twats lol)...

I've no idea if I'm a sheep, I just crack on with it and hopefully thats enough..

I think that's where we're all coming in at. That's the way it has to be done. Taking the fruits of your/our labour and redistributing it is part of the reasons we're in the mess we're in. The powers that be have too much of it and are showing us, continually, that they're drifting through it as much as we are.

That's the bit that needs to change IMO. We should be the ones that decide what we do, not our elected officials. They're paid to govern, not rule.

I may be in a different situation to most.

I left to find my fortune abroad at a relatively young age, 24.

I retired and came home at 51; still young enough, I thought, to enjoy doing what I wanted to do, and not be beholding to anyone.

The Hunting ban, the lockdowns, whatever, have had very little, if any, adverse effect on my life.

I get nothing off the government, which is fair, as I've given them very little.

I still like a moan about the state of the country, the politicians, the price of beer, but, all things considered, there's many more worse places to live, but not many better places !!!
