Works of the last months.. (PIC HEAVY!!!)

Recommended Posts

Hello,

strange times we're living in, here in spain right now, we're not allowed to leave our town, so I can't get to my workshop.

Before, I've been busy with several projects, one, actually a dummy knife for a similar one but with more rare and expensive materials. A big hunting cutlass or bowie.

I made this one as a take down frame handle. There is really no need for a take down handle, but it's fun :D

The 26,5cm blade is made from 1.2510, guard, frame and pommel from 416 stainless with walnut scales.

Later, a pair of hunting knives a father ordered as a present to his sons, both with engraved monograma.

Here 10cm blades from m390, bronze, sambar and reindeer.

Soon my youngest nephew will turn 10 years old, so I made hin a knife as I make for all ten years old of my family. 83mm blade from 1.3505 and guard from brass.

And last week I finished this german Nicker knife, as they wear it in the alps in their fancy leather pants :D 10cm blade from 1.2235 / 80CrV2 and bronze.

Too good to use . Stunning work .

Thanks!! Except the big one  ( don't have use for such a big knife, but it's nice to have it on my desktop ;)) all knives are being used and made for. Use them as a knife and they will last a few generations.

Regards

Nicolas
