During these last few months off drink I’ve been putting together an interesting little collection of whisky. I’ve also just found what is probably the best whisky shop in Belgium, so plan to return before Christmas & add a couple more before tasting time

thats a dam good little collection. i really like bourbon and rye whiskey. 

the eagle rare is good and that pikesville rye is really good.  

if that little shop you found has stag jr. or elija craig barrel proof, id highly recomend them.

These ones are all new to me mate, so really looking forward to trying them

Yes pretty sure he had those. He had the finest selection I’ve seen....I was the kid in the sweet shop

He even had some bottles of Pappy Van Winkle.......eye watering prices for those though....

This cider is pretty decent but polished off the last 4 bottles, so think its gotta be a cheeky little red now

I mentioned this thread to a mate after bars have just been opened, so 4 hours ago for me lol..... His reaction (and he's a drinker) Do all you English just think about drinking?  You may not get the joke but we British Islands have a full on stereotype problem
