The flavours are more subtle than something like Bumbu or Pineapple Grenade. I like to move the rum around in my mouth, swallow it, then breathe and find different flavours but, not a lingering aftertaste. .......... this one is nice but, not as complex as I like. This was given to me buy a customer/good Friend who was a wine importer, apparently its an extremely good one, but past its best, so gave it to me as "I will drink anything " he's a proper old character. All the optics were own brand, from whisky to rum. All the crisps and pork scratchings were made in Tadcaster where the brewery is. Proper old fashioned panelled pub.
