Seen as I don't drink much these days bar the odd glass of red wine I thought I would give these a go for refreshments. After pouring one into a glass it looked like dish water with a soapy head on it by christ it fekin tasted like it aswell. 😆

It's dead easy mchull...just put fruit.. sugar and gin in a jar...bottle ...whatever...leave it 6 month orca year then decant the liquid...its that simple...Sloe gin is the big one..but you can do it with anything

It’s just this, bottle of cheap gin, 100g of sugar, 500g of brambles, only need to leave it between 4-6 weeks, the bramble gin doesn’t keep like sloe gin so you need to drink it ( lol )

I make bramble French 75’s for elevenses when we are out shooting pheasants, because we like to pretend we are posh nobheads

You can do the same with vodka...or most spirits come to that

My mate does strawberry vodka to make French 76 cocktails, we used to all make sloe gin for a little warmer when we stop for elevenses, but we now take turns doing it and it’s getting out of hand, this was my effort last season, I did the first day to set the standard ( lol )
