Even the great seats of learning have become infected with the sinister ,pernicious left wing ,neo Marxist dogma ,that we use to laugh at thirty years ago ,they are in it for the long haul and will ne

Let’s be honest, it’s all f***ing total madness isn’t it. Lets not give it wings by discussing the rights or wrongs, it’s just nuts. A man can dress as a woman and a woman can dress as a man

They have one of those “Let’s Pretend” toilets at Stanstead Airport, I genuinely had to stand staring at the sign for a minute until it registered what it was !

Must have cost tens of thousands to put in, they could have just give that money to Dr Bernados or something......that’s the real downside of pandering to insanity !

A ‘better person’ is subjective though isn’t it?

As we can see on here

Better person; open to debate, able to form opinions and ideas without the need to force onto others, respect for other opinions, able to conduct debate without falling to emotion over fact, not taking every narrative as fact, able to agree to disagree, more educated in both social interactions and academics, a clearer view on their future and direction.

So yes it is subjective but seeing as I'm paying that is what I would expect ;)

I think it should be illegal for any teacher or tutor to allow forced opinions, whether theirs or students and should encourage debate.

Yeah that’s great, but at what point would you pull the plug?

Are we talking an evaluation of her personal development which meets your expectations at the end of every term? Could you compromise on any of those requirements if her academic results were outstanding?

I’d pull the plug on any part of my kids education if they were being consistently and remorselessly fed absolute nonsense !
As a governor of an institution I wouldn’t tolerate use of resources for such nonsense, if you can’t find money for books because you are using it to paint rainbows then something is broken and any governor of an educational institution is completely shirking their responsibilities if they allow it.

As I said, madness should not be tolerated even if it makes you a pariah.......

But how would you know if they are at University?

My brother went to Essex uni & LSE. My parents didn’t have a f***ing clue what was going on there, didn’t take much notice either.

Once an 18/19 year old adult sees there dad foaming at the mouth about whatever they’ll just keep their mouth shut in future & crack on.

You may not know, but if you did know then you’d do something mate.

See things like even that silly poster, that didn’t cost nothing to roll out across the campus (if indeed that is what they have done) and the governing body making those spending decisions should all resign because they are obviously very confused about what is a real and relevant as an aid to a young persons education and what is just plane old rhetoric peddling insanity !

Kid (or young adults) come first, the tools they need to actually do things that matter to their education come first.

This isn’t that, this is something else......it’s the peddling a notion that is in reality about 10 years old and it don’t come for free.

Money is finite in schools, don’t matter if it’s Oxbridge or Hackney Downs......every penny spent on bollocks is a penny the kids don’t see just so a few supposed “grown ups” can tick their diversity and inclusion box and feel smug and “with it”

Edited to add: You shouldn’t Need to know anyway as a parent, that’s why they elect parent governors to be the eyes and ears......they should be watching out for everyone’s kids including their own ?

Her coming home and saying a bloke can be a woman would be a plug puller ?‍♂️?

Oxford/Cambridge or any other top universities offer great opportunities for young adults. They are just simply not going to match the thinking of many ordinary blokes & that may be wrong, but it is the reality of the situation & pretty much always has been.

Outrage on behalf of young adults beginning their further education & trying to do something about just seems a bit short sighted.

I hear you mate and I totally understand.

However it’s not outrage mate, it’s reality......they don’t have to match my thinking, they have to use the resources available to provide the best education possibly.

Insanity don’t fall into any of those categories.

I still think even your reality or what you perceive as insanity is subjective, but I completely get where you are coming from.

University is a very expensive stepping stone onto better things, it does need to be scrutinised for sure.

I agree mate, but I suppose the whole basis of our conversation rests on if you think that a man can wake up in the morning and be a woman or vice versa.

I know that it is genetically, scientifically and medically impossible and you do too......it’s not even a discussion.

So it follows that any spending promoting or pandering to this outright lie is spending based on a lie and as such a complete waste of resources.

It would be the same if they wanted the lawn to be Metallic pink.......grass isn’t metallic pink and everyone in the world knows it no matter how many times you repeat the lie and spending money on saying it is a total mis-use of resources.

It's political opportunism;

Trans sexual's may be a tiny minority, but a politician wants them in his column, not his oppositions column, every vote counts !

Its like Labour making the decision to embrace Muslims and not Jews; there's far more Muslim votes than Jewish votes !

Get all the gays, lesbians, transvestites, trans sexual's, ethnic minority's on your side and all those minority's add up to a lot of votes !

Nothing to do with equal rights, just plain, simple political opportunism!

Cheers.

I've never understood how they differentiate. A bloke says he's a woman and people believe him or pretend to believe him. Another bloke says he's the reincarnation of Napoleon and people think he's nuts.

Both are clearly not what they profess to be but they are treated differently.
