Haighy1964 24
Following the death in our family, we needed a replacement pack member. Got to say, there's a whole load of f***ing rip off c**ts on preloved ext. A f***ing grand for a £200 dog. Absolute low moral twats, dogs aren't a comoddity! 4 Quote Link to post
Kalibrgun 931
It's the divvies paying it too though if they were right in the head and didn't pay the daft prices they'd soon drop Edited November 11, 2020 by Kalibrgun 3 Quote Link to post

Squirrel_Basher 17,100
Another knock on from first lockdown lads .People couldn’t go on holiday so some decided to buy a puppy instead Facebook was full of lockdown puppies .Prices went up to meet demand and havnt shifted since .Local chap selling working cocker pups at £2500 and all gone ,labs fetching £3000 and springers £2000. Mental prices that will only go up the longer holidays are on hold . 1 Quote Link to post
SheepChaser 8,089
Thing is, if you’ve got pups and not got homes and have to advertise .... what do you do, put them on pre lived etc, for £200........ what’s going to happen? 1 Quote Link to post

What I’m saying is if you stuck them pups on for £200 then every peddler will be falling over themselves to call you. As for vouched for members - I’ve seen plenty of folk on here vouching for men and dogs they’ve never actually met, or met once or twice. Im not defending those breeding with money in mind. But it’s a tricky thing to get right! Not everyone has a big enough circle to home pups work folk you genuinely know. 1 Quote Link to post
Neobliviscaris1776 1,998
Crazy prices absolutely. £200 for a dog in 2020 is too cheap in my opinion, will only get passed around until it reaches a more realistic price. Those days are gone. 4 Quote Link to post
jcm 2,327
Few years ago I'd complain paying more than 150 for a lurcher pup but with prices of everything gone up tearing a litter of pups isn't as cheap as it used to be 300 for a lurcher pup seems to be the going rate atm and tbh it's a fair price imo. I used to get my raw food for 25p a lb now its around the £1 a lb atm and I cannot find it much cheaper. Quote Link to post
nothernlite 18,089
Mate was selling pups 150 guy came up for one went away with 3 wonder how much he made of them 5 Quote Link to post
Chunky11 150
It can only be the pups that suffer, when they mature, have no training & become a problem the rescue's will be full of them. 3 Quote Link to post
