My missus recently had a hip replacement at a Nuffield hospital.

Now, I'm a great supporter and admirer of the NHS, but the Nuffield is is a different experience!

Private room, two dedicated nurses on 24 hour attendance, meal menu like a top restaurant., kept informed at all times, great follow up by the surgeon, physios etc.

I dread to think what the Nuffield are paid by the NHS for these procedures, but when your in severe pain, the cost doesn't matter !

Cheers.

just got a letter from the audiology clinic, even though my mri scan showed clear, the doctor asked me if im still getting my dizzy spells, and I said yes , so hes referred me to  an audiology clinic at my local hospital, the letter states, that the clinic will be ringing me to discuss my dizziness I have this gut feeling, because of my stroke and my age, they are going to tell me in no uncertain terms to put up with it , I do hope not because im sure that my problem lies within my my ears , even after several ear syringes im still getting what I can only describe as a full effect, and as for the tv I can just about make out what they are saying,
