Phil Old hat I know Phil, but I wouldn’t part with mine. Even though it hasn’t seen daylight since I got the impact 2 Quote Link to post
philpot 5,031
I had a mk2 fac which I have to be fair and say it was very accurate but a big lump of a thing, just not for me. Phil 1 Quote Link to post

Phil Yerr, that’s the thing with them Phil. I remember coming across three squirrels in a small stand of trees, they were elusive, but basically marooned as I was armed with my rapid. I was scanning the trees through the scope for some time. By the time I’d eventually bagged them all, my arms were truly aching and I’m no noodle arm. Still wouldn’t sell it though, too much vermin history with it and so many great memories . When I go, it will probably go with me, along with a load of other guns and motorcycles. It will be a big hole required 1 1 Quote Link to post

It will be a big hole required I do understand the love people have for these guns and my earlier post was very much tongue in cheek but I did like the gun but way too heavy without the tripod. I cannot knock it's hunting capabilities just it's weight and ungainlyness compared with modern rifles. Phil 2 Quote Link to post
