Yes because a lot of firms have to many chiefs and not enough Indians and a lot of those in charge lack organization skills thus not getting the best out of there staff

Used to drive drays for Sam an John Smiths back in the day, on departing the breweries you'd fill the cab with dented tins of beer from round the back where they kept it for perks, you'd drive round all day drinking tins, nawt wrong with em at all, used to have a half or a bottle at every pub you called at too, I was usually pissed by 11am and had to drive the wagon back to the yard, eventually they got a crusher in to crush the cans, what a waste! Had to have pints at the pubs instead then. I bet dray drivers these days can't even get pissed while driving huh?
