Out of likes mate..... I honestly believe its a middle management thing.... I've spent 25 years hating most of them...  give me a grafter or a business owner everyday...at least you know where you are with them...the bloke in the middle is stuck between licking the bosses ass and pretending to be the grafters mate whilst throwing him under the boss....seen it from both sides and they don't last long with me.
