He was using the brakes to much at the end of the long ramp mate.she is carrying 100 ton the 777 only weighs 73 ton.so the rear axle has warmed up way to much and fatigued the axle.thus snapping in half.

He should of been using the engine retarder to hold it back down the ramp..but being lazy was using the foot brake.

£1 million pound machine...

hang on a min......theres something on there called a retarder ....land you and greb both drive them.....:whistling:

No landover picked him up drive down the yard and jump in another 777 and crack on.

3 trains a day loaded with coal would leave 1500 tonne a train £ 100 a ton.£450k a day in coal.a 777 is small change to them mate..just keep on shifting muck..

She would rev out to the limiter mate nothing to hold you back and would cause damage to the engine 100ton pushing you down the hill 

Retarder is the way to go and exhaust brake.basically strangling the engine of air
