If he's encountered racism in motor racing growing up then I guess he has a right to speak up. Tbh I can find him to be an arse at times, still I think he deserves his praise as a driver. The lads at the pinicle of his sport so can't see how his colour has held him back in fact I think it actually helped his career, so if all this blm bullshit is because he was called a few nasty names it's probably because he was being a dick.

We don't know that though, he reached the top because of his talent not his colour. He's been winning things since he started karting as a youngster. Yes he can be a dick and and an awkward c**t but nobody should be abused because of their colour. I watched a thing with Chris Kamara the other day and really felt for the bloke, he's a top man and was treated disgustingly.

The times he is his genuine self are few and far between, he's trying too hard to be someone he's not. How much time have you spent with him to assume the above.it sounds like you know him personally..
sussex 5,777
Trouble with having hangers on building your ego , you end up living down to it ...pity he hasn’t stuck to what he has a gift to do and drive cars ..Lineker is the same , full of his own piss and self importance...They make a proper win double ..

I've been watching him since 2006 and followed his career. It's clear he's putting on an act when he goes in to virtue signalling mode. I wish he would just stick to racing but he's got such a fan base outside the sport he clearly won't. Once they get in to that celeb bubble it's hard to pop back out of it. Schumacher was an out and out racer as was Senna even though the Brazilian was an enigmatic character. Edited October 12, 2020 by Greb147

Some people get abused because they're fat or ugly or even worse ginger it's just how it works and no amount of this blm bullshit will change that. The new movement in town is GINGER LIVES MATTER even though they really don't. 1

I've watched rossi racing for longer than that but I don't know anything at all about him on a personal level. My father was a big fan of F1 and I'm even named after a famous driver. But it's like watching paint dry watching them racing.ive never had any interest in F1 at all.

They think they can have a few walks around the town waving ginger colored banners. While wearing dark green and dark orange clothing and they are convinced that the majority with accept them. We can all laugh on the matter but put yourself in their shoes and it wouldn't be funny, you know as well as I do it's not right. I don't know what the lad endured, I did see him interviewed as a young teen saying he'd been racially abused by other kids. Say what you like but I imagine getting bullied as a kid will have an effect on you as an adult in some shape or form. I was a good looking fanny magnet so I'll never understand.
