Gypsydog94 4,561
Seems to me that there seems to be a big push to make all fieldsports hot at the minute. A lot of media hype at the moment everyone assuming your doing something wrong 2 Quote Link to post

True although the boring truth is the impact round here on opinions of running dogs is serious. If I didn't have ferrets there would be no chance of any legitimate rabbiting with the dog 3 Quote Link to post

moonlighter 1,163
Totally agree, without ferrets it’s nearly impossible to get hunting permission with a dog in Lincolnshire where I live. There’s a big anti coursing drive on the radio this week. Farmers saying they dare not leave there house in the winter for fear of attack and that many farmers have had to plough in whole fields of crops due to the damage hare coursing causes... I mean, if that didn’t turn the general public against us, nothing will. 2 Quote Link to post
two crows 3,342
ime in lincs the public will swallow all the propaganda straight down the crops being ploughed in is rape because of flea beetle attack, because the pesticide is banned. 5 Quote Link to post

eastcoast 4,115
A farmer here ploughed in sections of barley after lockdown to discourage the zombies coming onto the land. There are footpaths but lots of people were just walking straight across the cultivated fields. Quote Link to post
