Mk3 Collar Repair

We have a magnetic mk3 collar that has just stopped working unfortunately. 
 

Is there anywhere we can maybe get it looked at / fixed or is it just a case of a new collar (which is a pain)

ring or send it back to Debens is it less than a year old if you still have receipt they may replace it

If they can’t fix it they offer a new one at half price,

The one I sent back was 18 months old and beyond repair so they offered me a new one with 12 months warranty for half price

Have emailed them and they have asked to send it back so we will see how we get on

Quick update. 
 

‘Locator is buggered I’m afraid and as it’s a sealed unit there is nothing we can do to fix it. We do have a small stock of collars here, £88.99 plus £6.95 post if you would like to buy one let me know’

disappointing as I half hoped they might do a bit of a deal on a replacement rather than full market price - glad I bought 2 from game and country last week

Most common fault is the spring at bottom of battery hole they snap off. Watch mender fixed mine £2.
