Dan Newcombe 58
We have a magnetic mk3 collar that has just stopped working unfortunately. Is there anywhere we can maybe get it looked at / fixed or is it just a case of a new collar (which is a pain) cheers Dan Quote Link to post
Netmaker 909
ring or send it back to Debens is it less than a year old if you still have receipt they may replace it Quote Link to post
neil b 2,303
If they can’t fix it they offer a new one at half price, 1 Quote Link to post
Dan Newcombe 58
Awesome - can’t be much more than a year old. Is the half price offer regardless of age? Quote Link to post

Dan Newcombe 58
Have emailed them and they have asked to send it back so we will see how we get on Quote Link to post
Dan Newcombe 58
Quick update. ‘Locator is buggered I’m afraid and as it’s a sealed unit there is nothing we can do to fix it. We do have a small stock of collars here, £88.99 plus £6.95 post if you would like to buy one let me know’ or words to that effect. disappointing as I half hoped they might do a bit of a deal on a replacement rather than full market price - glad I bought 2 from game and country last week Quote Link to post
Conny jay 0
Most common fault is the spring at bottom of battery hole they snap off. Watch mender fixed mine £2. Quote Link to post
