THE STIFFMEISTER 15,840
The world definitely changed for the worse that day think our morals took a ghoulish turn for the worst , look at terror attacks now , news stations using mobile footage to show attacks and the immediate aftermath . All to feed the incessant need for professional mourning from the Facebook Karen’s of this world and it’s instagram ionosphere. a pivotal moment that should never be forgotten

I was in my office on Jeddah Airport in Saudi, and my son rang me from the British Consulate. He said " have you got the tv on dad ?" , I said "no, why ? ", he said "they are bombing America", I switched on, and it was surreal, like watching a movie ! There was a lot of worried people about, especially as our housing compound was mainly Brits and yanks ! Cheers.
Gypsydog94 4,569
I was 7 years old. Just got home from school as the second tower collapsed. My dad was home which was strange as he was due to start milking. We had radio on at school and no work was done listening to what was unraveling

Born Hunter 17,763
Ground zero, well NYC generally, is a worthwhile place to visit. Try to get a feel for the magnitude of that event. I look forward to going again. It’s an iconic city in global culture and unfortunately 9/11 significantly contributed to that.

However, our own politicians have used the event to make our lives worse and spent billions appeasing the Muslims. 3
Accip74 7,112
I was there 9 months before & again a few years after. It still had that unmistakable energy that you’d be hard put to find anywhere else on the planet
