Qbgrey 4,156 Posted September 7, 2020 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2020 The way i see it,having a rented house you may get 900,1000 a month,for a 300,000 grand investment,take out all the agro,maintenance,agents fees,your not really much better off.(been thier before).so if i build 8 pods,even i spent 100,000 which is over doing it.they fetch 750 for 7 days.i know its not all yr but it seems a better return for your money 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

You not wrong,those chippy love a nail gun,nothing screwed any more.nice powder coated frame base,all c24 timbers,kingspan,celotex,reticel etc all round,cedar cladding.internal wood,etc,etc. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Building it is one thing, getting it signed off and up to spec for use by the public is a whole different matter. Running costs are huge and so is competition.
