Last one was called the bus stop as they are converted buses. Was brilliant log fire just outside bus was a log burner jacuzzi. Well worth it. Qbgrey 4,150 Posted September 28, 2020 Author Report Share Posted September 28, 2020 I'm looking at buying forged cast wagon wheels and make up a hut on top.cheating really but real shephards are far too small.its what I put across frame as floor ,sheet metal.(stop rats)then c24 joists with celotex between,then 600mmx2400mm by 18mm t n g.?? When I was doing a lot of them I'd make them either 4.6x2.2 or 3.6x2.2. That allows you to get a king-size mattress width wise. The smaller one usually had a 1m veranda do the chassis frames were the same. I had the wheels fabricated as the cast ones cost a fortune. Never used or needed sheet metal floor though Thats a good size,I'm just thinking of stopping the wood rotting also if you go straight on chassis rails with timber joists then floor boards I will need celotex then another floating floor board. Ply the top of chassis, joist it with 25x50 on edge and infill with 50mm celotex then 11mm osb on top. Floor boards, laminate or whatever on top of that.
