Garmin trouble

Got a problem with a t5 mini collar, collar turned itself off the other day and will not come on now and will not come on and show a red light when charger is attached. I've clean terminals so it's not that. If I hold the power button when charger is attached red light will come on but will not go green after being on for several hours? Anyone had similar? Will be emailing gps4us if I can't get any help from here. Collar is only 2 years old as well so shouldn't really have any issues

Have you tried changing the battery mate if that don’t work then it’s a bin job or spares and buying yourself a new collar but make sure you buy the collar from the same place you brought that one from atb BB

Yes mate tried charging, I can get it to turn on when plugged in to the mains but I have to hold down the power button for 30seconds  for the red light to come on. Can't be a lot wrong with it as is only just over a year old

Changing the battery not charging it mate ? Is it still under warranty? Where you get it from gps4us? Atb BB

Sorry mate misread what you said, not tried changing the battery but it's something I can try. I did get it from gpsforus I'm speaking to them now over email so fingers crossed

There normal answer is to send it them and they’ll knock something of a new one sounds like battery to me although I’m no expert give it a try it’s easy enough just remember what screw came from where

Had to buy a new collar mate, tried another battery and still nothing. Just one of them things I suppose, got a new collar now so all good
