Greb147 6,809
Been doing these stretches and exercises for a couple of days now and I am getting the strangest sensations ever in my left leg, a sort or weakness and tightness that goes all the way down to my toes. It's really hard to explain, closest thing I can compare it to is getting a full blown hard on whilst wearing the tightest trousers imaginable. Maybe the best way is to hold back on any stretches and exercises untill you have been diagnosed properly. Clearly something has moved or out of line etc and you doing what you think is beneficial to your back is the wrong approach so to speak. See what the physio says first they will tell you what exercises and stretches will benefit you.. You got to look after your back..

I'm not in pain but it's giving me symptoms I've had before, tightness and weakness down my leg, especially in my calf.

They will have more respect and graft harder when needed if you are decent to them
