Dave. It is I think slightly brighter. It may just be the thing but!

I have to source a remote switch as mine don't fit. Any pointers?

My pill is different too. I'm wondering about getting a white one. It should increase the range of nothing else!

Don't know if it will pass customs or not, or if it is classified legal in the UK. You need to do your own research on legallity. Stated range is 400m on the laser portion. The laser portion will damage eyes if shone into them on higher power settings.

Some other suggestions in this thread, note forget the Attilla, it can't be exported outside of the US as it's a military designator available to the US public but on the restricted export list:

Dude, nowadays there are many models of lanterns, so I don't think it will be difficult for you to choose the perfect option that will fully suit you in all its characteristics. For example, when I needed a flashlight, I quickly found an option for myself https://www.amazon.com/Vont-Flashlight-Flashlights-Water-resistant-Accessories/dp/B089T8HDBV and I was completely satisfied with it. You know, I tried a lot of different options and found some minor disadvantages in each of them. Let's say the light is not white enough, too heavy, or not comfortable. And this option just struck me with its external and internal characteristics.
