Just out of curiosity lads what's the biggest earth dog you've had I've had some some decent sized dogs but my new lads going to me a monster he's 6 month 15 inches and 22 lbs

Too big most of the time will be spent digging.

Shouldnt breed over 13”  the old terrier man used to say.

Easier with a smaller dog that can get round the earth.

Not really I seen big dogs push on hard. And little dogs bugger about digging when they can easily push on

I know that. But when there trying to get through roots I have seen big dogs push through and little dogs digging and biting roots when they can easily get through
