Theres 4 goats left on the cliff behind  the yoi, was 10 but few got killed by eating bags of dog mess thrown over the wall. I can't view the sea from here but might go down the cove tomorrow for a look.

We are booked on at Lyme Regis tomorrow. Might cancel and get back up the motorway if people are saying its rough. No point waiting till dinner to hear its cancelled. 

Long wet day with hounds today. The most interesting bit seemed to be the field of peas he found, think he eat more than the jolly green giant

I had a spin by the lighthouse last week. Was good fun and I’m not really a fisherman. I was most excited by seeing the Type 45 destroyer moored up! Ha

I came home before the weather turned at the end of the week.

Had my first go spear fishing too (not Portland).

I've been meaning to try few places back of the young offenders prison, used to float fish by the cranes with my dad years ago. Only caught wrasse though.

We had a few pollack and mackerel. I was just using ultra light spinning gear, little 4g lure with spinning tail, jellies etc. Nothing particularly serious.

It's pretty cool entering their world though and taking a dive. First shot with the polespear and I had a BIG wrasse. I made the rookie mistake of pulling the spear back and it got off, I should've finned hard into it. I'm somewhere at the bottom of the learning curve!

Crap  pic but the brown blob is one of the goats on top of the old shooting range.
