I won’t deny kids the gifts that sport gives you simply because I think 7.5 million of their parents don’t belong here......if we are going to live this nightmare then for two hours I get to show young people that you don’t have to have a special pass in life. As I said, I’m resigned to where it’s all going, I don’t have to be wound up all the time although it’s obviously heartbreaking to watch but f**k it, I never asked for it so I walk up the lane, like yesterday, with my little lad and pick wild raspberries and look at plants, mess around on my little farm and think “shame what happened to old England, oh well” Good post mate... I'm lucky to be where I am in the world, I realise that completely...hence I wouldnt preach to lads that live in areas that barely resemble what they used to know... I suppose in the main down here, particularly rural areas it is still old England.... you've moved to have that way of life and why not, I know if I could afford to take my kids out of a shit hole I would too... As said, I've lived away from.here, and spent months on end around the country contracting half my life...I've seen it but wouldnt pretend to know it like you or other lads who.live amongst it everyday...
