Certain species of tortoise and the dodo are now extinct, because civilised country’s like England used them for food on long journeys many years ago, the reason we done it was not because we were cruel and intent on wiping the world out with viruses, but because of a lack of refrigeration, absolutely no different from these people, we have just progressed and in 50 to a 100 years so will have they, it’s propaganda nothing more mate, portray the worse of mankind then brand anyone who has an interest in any form of country sports with the same brush, peta are the real enemy not some old Asian eating a bit of dog

Cruelty is cruelty in my eyes, i dont care who says it. There is a world of difference between hunting and that and i wont side with that just because PETA or LACS dont like it. It makes us look as ignorant as they are IMO.

I dont believe some of the shit they publish,but i have lived in asia a long time but a civilised place.they are only surviving on what they have,but they can still be humane in thier slaughtering,no excuse for cruelty.thats one place id never go...india fooking digusting olace,i would,nt eat a packet of crisps out thier.

There may be a world of difference in your eyes but in the eyes of joe public you are just as cruel, peta,s objectives are very clear and by dividing everything and shoving pictures like that in your face you are being fooled into supporting the very people that will take away your every last right, the final objective for them is fishing, but even they realise they can’t win a full on attack so it is the last one on the list once everything else is banned, cruelty is to prolonged an animals demise for your pleasure, these people are just trying to feed themselves in a hot place without refrigeration, as the old saying goes walk a mile in a mans shoes before condemning him

I dont buy into that at all. I've lived in Africa, they do all sorts of terrible things, but dont need to do that and its plenty hot there.

Nothing is black and white, its all shades of grey. In my eyes its foolish to blindly disagree with everything someone says just because you dont like /agree with them. That is exactly why i cant take the anti's seriously, they are so biased that reality means nothing to them. Its just ignorance.

I prefer to judge for myself. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and thats mine.

I have no problem with smelly Indians eating dog ,but their indifference to animal welfare and hygiene are stomach turning .

In some countries, they eat sheeps eyes, balls, heads, brains, feet, tail.

This is because they don't waste a bit of the animal.

Some people here recoil in horror at the thought.

We just eat the "choice" bits.

But do we ? Don't look to closely into burgers, chicken nuggets, sausages.........you might not like what you find !

I too have spent a lot of time in Asia, and yes, they eat anything !

Whos been to Thailand and not tried the "roach coach", deep fried insects touted around the bars on a barrow, or drank a glass of snakes blood, in drink fuelled bravado !

Phillipines; everything from chicken foetus to rats to dogs ! Even the so called civilised South Koreans consider dog a delicacy !

I agree with Astanley; let the fuckers eat what they like, but cut out the cruelty !
