Bush Rummager 4,241
Any ideas what's having dabble at these whitebaite lad's?? Obviously something below the surface is splittng the schools, forcing them to beach or jump out of the water. I've never seen it happen before.. but i don't live on the coast and don't really know a deal about fishing... Other than harpooning a big whale on a Saturday night... My daughter spent a good while throwing them back in bless her!! I got back to my pastie after 2 minutes..

Arry 20,732
Beesands been alive with small mackerel driving the white bait up the shore. The whole of Start Bay has been alive for over a week now. Some of the small Mackerel known as Joey's to us were even beaching them selfs. Bigger Mackerel are chasing the small Mackerel. Should have collected the white bait up and had a good feed on them same thing you get in them Tapas Bars. Cheers Arry 3

He knew that mate, he spotted Start the same as I did straight away We where there yesterday and picked up a few chunky eaters. Any rod and reel with feathers will pick them up, heard Slapton had a few more than beesands yesterday though. 3

Bit of a contrast this was taken in March 2018 after a storm this is the end of the road that went all the way to the houses at the far end. the storm before that one took out spaces for 50 or so car to park. About 60 foot gone. Cheers Arry Cheers Arry
