You in Scotland or England? Pm me if you want there mortgage brokers and there’s ‘mortgage brokers’ might be a higher rate but lenders do want to lend give things a couple months and the they’ll be a rake of deals

I’ve got finance on 2 cars and a credit card of good value and I couldn’t even get a mortgage for £30,000 to buy our house off the council even though when worked out I was saving £600 a month.i told the bank to fcuk off for waisting my time for a hour and a half to say no.So now I’m saving to buy it cash so I have no debt in the next 4yrs.

Well I'm f****d anyway regarding another house, I got a CCJ over a poxy parking fine last year and the mortgage advisor I rang the other day claimed I may be stuffed for a while now.

Been trying to arrange a mortgage for around 2 year, my biggest problem is I have barely lived a normal life, cash monster, no credit cards and no debts I own everything I have but it seems it means FA no cars on finance house owned outright etc makes me the lowest of the low, then the virus comes along and everyone can see the recession on the horizon, in the last 2months I,ve had more interest and help getting it sorted than the last 2 years and as an added bonus the boat I want to buy has dropped about 30/40% in value due to the incoming recession, don’t give up mate there is a door open somewhere you just need to keep trying until you find it, i was on my third mortgage advisor before I found one that would even help me ??

I went to two banks first, then my nieces husband who is a private mortgage advisor spent a lot of time and effort but has got me a mortgage at last, I think I,m just crossing the T,s and dotting the I,s now, I,m not the best person to ask for mortgage advise as I said, it’s because I,ve done things different I,m struggling now, but from what I can gather bank mortgage advisors are paid a salary and don’t give a f**k, were as a private mortgage advisor earns commission so it’s in there best interest to work a bit harder for you ?

Going of topic a bit ray but you mentioned the lad who had the jacket and lamp. Do you remember the 2 women who had crashed the pickup into the hedge. No licence half a pint of lager on the dash and has drunk as skunks. There was a buck on the road with one antler when we were taking the one home.
